Obituary

Ann Marie (Wheeler) Pappas, 65, died November 25, 2017 at Elliot Hospital after a brief illness, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Manchester, NH to Clifford and Mildred (Anderson) Wheeler on January 30, 1952. She was the Kitchen Manager at the Manchester Boys and Girls Club at the time of her death.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, who always took incredible care of her family. Family, particularly her husband and children, were the most important things in her life. Anyone who knew her, was well aware of her huge heart and loving presence. She will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to have known her.

She is survived by her Husband of 48 years, Leonard Pappas Sr. of Manchester her son, Leonard Pappas Jr. and his wife Jessica, of Manchester, 2 daughters, Mellissa Pappas and Jennie Pappas, both of Manchester, a sister Barbara LaPorte of Manchester, 2 brothers, Steve Wheeler of Kentucky and Jeffrey Wheeler of Derry, a half brother, Clifford N. Wheeler of Indianapolis, IN., 3 grandchildren Charlie Pappas of Barnstead, NH, Nicholas and Nathan Smith both of Manchester and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was predeceased by her mother, father, sister, Toni, and brother Michael.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday, November 29, 2017 from 4 to 7 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons funeral Home, 110 Bridge St.

A prayer service will be held at 10 am on Thursday, November 30, 2017 in the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Manchester Boys and Girls Club in Ann's name.

Committal services will follow in NH Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
