Funeral Service in the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 11 am. Visitation 10-11 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery.
Obituary
Mr. Doten died on Monday at the Brockton Hospital, after a period of failing health. Born and raised in Brockton, he was a son of Claire A. (Brady) Doten and the late Harry L. Doten. He graduated from Brockton High School in 1970. During Vietnam in 1971 he served in the US Army and also went to Sergeant School. He had been employed as a cabinetmaker for Bristol Millworks Co. in Brockton, MA. He had been a member of the VFW in Abington, MA since 1973. He was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Brockton.
Survived by his mother Claire A. (Brady) Doten A sister Donna Lee Bernard and a brother William E. Doten both ofBrockton. A brother in law Phillip Bernard. Many cousins, aunts and uncles.
Son of the late Harry L. Doten Grandson of the late Inez and Eugene Doten of Brockton and Anna and William Brady also of Brockton
