New Bedford, Christopher Gomes Barros passed away October 10, 2005 unexpectedly. He was the son of Palmira (Gomes) Barros and Antonio Barros of New Bedford. He is survived by his parents, a daughter Jesiah Barros of Georgia, He was the brother of Nicholas Barros of R.I., Anthony Barros of New Bedford, Antonio Barros of Boston, Elaine Barros of New Bedford, and Stephanie Barros of New Bedford. His Paternal Grandmother Izaura Barros of Boston, and his Maternal Grandfather Antonio Gomes of New Bedford. He was also survived by several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews.
Mr. Barros was born in Boston MA. He was a laborer for a Construction Company.
A funeral service will take place Monday October 17, 2005, at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Assumption Church Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Visiting hours will be Sunday October 16, 2005 from 4-6 P.M. Burial will take place at Pine Grove Cemetery.
