Franklin-----Linda Marie Percy 66, of Damy Drive died Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, with her loving family by her side.
Linda was born May 9, 1951 in Caribou, Maine daughter to the late Robert and Mary (Daley) McWha. She was a talented seamstress and worked for both O'sheas for several years doing alterations and G & G fabrics. Linda eventually ran her own alterations business from her house for several years as well. She later worked for Freudenberg NOK for 22 years before her retirement.
Linda enjoyed sewing, crocheting, playing nickels and dominoes and taking pictures. She was often found with a camera in her hand. Over the years she also enjoyed spending time at the camp on Cannon Lake, camping and boating for over 15 years with her husband, Bill in Cannon until his passing. She also in recent years liked the time she spent with the Franklin Trip Center and the friends she made there.
Linda is survived by her son Joel Paquette of Cedar Grove, WV; a daughter Jennifer Sullivan of Laconia; two grandchildren, Amy Horne and Andrew Sullivan; six great- grandchildren, Arianna, Dylan, Michael, Robert, Julian and Paisley; two brothers, John McWha and his wife, Collette of Brookline and Robert "Bob" McWha and his wife, Lori of Greenfield ; two nieces, and two nephews,. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her loving husband, William "Bill" Percy.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 30, 2017 from 11:00am to 1:00pm at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance.
Burial will immediately follow calling hours in the family lot at Bayside Cemetery, Laconia, NH.
