Grace Marian(Hague)born Aug. 6, 1952 in Hollis, ME passed away peacefully at the home of her brother Allan on Oct. 24, 2017. Grace was predeceased by her parents Allan and Dorothy (Ansell) Hague and sister Margaret (Hague) Justice.
Grace, a graduate of Bonny Eagle High School went on to earn a BA from the University of Southern Maine, a Masters Degree in Public Health and a second Masters Degree in Counseling from Universities in Portland Oregon.
Grace spent her life caring for others, working for Non-profit organizations supporting people in need, starting her own counseling service and for United Health Service. Grace fulfilled her dream of volunteering in the Peace Corps and was assigned to Botswana, Africa.
A life long avid reader, Grace also enjoyed cooking, running, bicycling and volunteering at a community radio station in Portland, OR.
She is survived by siblings - Allan and wife Linda (Woodman) Hague, Arthur, Charlie, and Marian and husband Mark Dodge, many nieces and nephews; as well as cousins and friends across the country and Africa.
Per her request, services will be private.
