Born in Waltham and a resident of Chelsea since 1948, Clara, passed away unexpectedly at the Metro-West Medical Center in Natick at the age of 88. For the past 3 years she had been a resident of Whitney Place at Natick but still maintained her home in Chelsea.

As a girl, her family moved back to Lithuania, returning after the Great Depression, settling first in Waltham then in West Newton. For over 35 years until her retirement in 1981, Clara worked for Sears in their Boston office handling clerical issues for the company.

Thought she loved to garden and sew in her spare time, her family was her world.
