Paul G. DeMoranville, 56, of Rochester died Saturday October 1, 2005 at home after a long illness. He was the husband of Deborah L. (Riddell) DeMoranville.
Born in New Bedford, the son of Howard and Adelina (Williams) DeMoranville of Mattapoisett, he had lived in Rochester for most of his life. He was a graduate of Old Rochester Regional High School.
Mr. DeMoranville was employed in industrial sales.
He served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife; his parents; a son, Timothy H. DeMoranville, and his wife Ashley, of Rochester; two daughters, Jennifer S. Duhon, and her husband Paul, of Westport, and Christine R. Jones, and her husband David, of Rochester; a sister, Betsy Vincent of Rochester; and two grandchildren, Jacob P. DeMoranville and Benjamin T. DeMoranville.
His Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday October 5, 2005 at 7 PM in the Saunders-Dwyer Mattapoisett Home for Funerals, 50 County Road (Rt. 6), Mattapoisett. His family will receive visitors prior to the service from 3-7PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, 44 Binney St., Boston, MA 02115.
