Atty. Paul P. Caradonna, age 73, of Medford formerly of Everett, passed away September 29th, at the Lawrence Memorial Hospital in Medford, following a lengthy illness. He was the beloved husband of Carol (Bianco) Caradonna. Born in Malden he was the son of the late Paulo and Maria (Marino) Caradonna.
Paul Caradonna was a practicing lawyer in Everett for almost forty years. He was a graduate of Boston University in 1959. Following his graduation he worked as a high school science teacher for a few years prior to attending the New England School of Law, which he graduated from in 1965 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar Association in 1966. He was a past president of the First District Eastern Middlesex Bar Association and was a past president of the Massachusetts Bar Association. He also was a member of the Justinian Law Society. Mr. Caradonna was a United States Army Veteran of the Korean War, He served as a Sergeant with 101st Airborne Division. He loved football and enjoyed the time he spent volunteering as a coach with the Everett Huskies Pop Warner Football.
In addition to his wife Carol, he is survived by his children, Roy Caradonna and his wife Joanne of Londonderry, NH, David Caradonna M.D. and his wife Lori of Lynnfield, Deborah Hambly and her husband David of Middleboro, and the late Joseph Collibee. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He is further survived by several nieces and nephews. Brother of the late Matteo Caradonna.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home 306 Main St. Medford, Monday at 10 AM. Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Paul's memory to the charity of your choice.
