In Taunton, William A. Peckson, July 11, 2017 passed away in Morton Hospital at the age of 91 with his loving family by his side. William was the husband of the late Katherine (Briggs) Peckson. He was born in Taunton, the son of the late William D. & Isabel (Butko) Peckson from Lithuania. William served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corps. He is survived by his children, Jeanne Kelly of Melbourne Beach, FL, Eve Holmes and her husband William of Kennebunk, ME, Laura Craigie and her husband Kenneth of Melbourne, FL, Marcia Peckson of Kennebunk, ME, William V. Peckson of Wareham, Diana Peckson and her husband John MacDonald of East Wareham and James Peckson of Raynham. He also leaves his beloved grandchildren, William J. Holmes Jr. of Kennebunk, ME, Ashley Jeffries and her husband Jayson of Indialantic, FL, Thomas and Patrick MacDonald of East Wareham, Travis and Kendra Craigie of Melbourne, FL and great grandson Julien Jeffries of Indialantic, FL. Services are private at the request of the family.
