Edward C. Fay of Medford passed away Tuesday September 27, 2005 at his home. He was 62 years of age.
Born in Boston, Ed was the beloved son of the late Joseph P. and Margaret (Lovequist) Fay. He was a member of Shipfitters Local 29, as a boilermaker. He was a Radioman Second Class in the US Navy during the Cuban Missle Crisis.
Ed was the beloved husband of Vivian (DiGregorio) Fay. He was the devoted father of Robert and his wife Tomoe, Eric and Rachael, stepfather to Dean , Michael, David DiGregorio and Michele Wise of FL., and loving brother of Kay Danielle, Eileen and Joe Fay. He is also survived by loving nieces,nephew and 14 grandchildren.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Friday at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Ed’s life in St. Patrick’s Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10am. Family and friends are kindly invited to attend Visiting Hours Thursday 4-8pm. Parking attendants will be on duty. Interment Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
