Belmont-----Jacqueline "Jackie" Marie Kiver, 79, of West view Drive died Saturday, June 10, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Jackie was born January 27 1938 in Lawrence, Massachusetts, daughter to the late Germaine Blanch (Joncas) Louis Thurston Smith. She worked for many years for Western Electric before moving to New Hampshire and later working for Raytheon for a number of years as well. She mainly enjoyed being a Homemaker, having raised four children.
Jackie loved to cook and was known as a jokester to her friends and family. She also enjoyed crafts of all kinds. Jackie was talented with needlepoint, sewing and wood carving to name a few. Her works of art will be cherished by many.
Jackie is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert "Bob" Kiver of Belmont; two sons, Matthew Kiver of Belmont and Mike Kiver of Laconia; two daughters, Susan Kiver of Derry and Melissa Kiver of Belmont; three grandchildren, Brandi Hill, Kelly Dahood Bondra, Jonathan Dahood; a sister, Geraldine Smith Desroches of Lawrence, MA. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by a grandson, Shawn Tokanel, her brother, Louis Smith, a sister, Dorothy Garabedian, her parents -in-law, Edna and Joe Kiver and a sister-in-law, Sandra Kiver.
There will be no calling hours or funeral.
