Worcester – Paul W. Phaneuf, 71, of Jersey Dr. died on Wednesday September 21 in Saint Vincent Hospital after being stricken ill.
He is survived by a brother Roger Phaneuf; three sisters Rita Phaneuf, Cecile Burnett, and Anne Wray all of Worcester; and several nephews and nieces. Mr. Phaneuf was born in Worcester son of Joseph and Laura (Favreau) Phaneuf.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of St. Christopher’s Church.
The funeral mass will be held on Monday September 26 at 10 AM in St. Christopher Church 950 West Boylston St. Burial will be in Massachusetts Veterans Cemetery, Winchendon. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association 20 Speen St. Framingham, MA 01701.
