Jacquelyn M. “Jackie” (Wills) Leslie died Sunday at Boston Medical Center after a period of failing health. Born and raised in Brockton, she had been a lifelong resident, attended Brockton schools and was the daughter of the late George and Doris (Julien) Wills. Jackie enjoyed baking and decorating birthday and wedding cakes, making candy and also enjoyed ceramics. She was a member of TOPS and the local chapter of the Association for the Blind.
She is survived by two daughters Cathryn M. Drew of Brockton, and Charlene F. Leslie of New Bedford, two sons James M. Verdone of Brockton, William D. Verdone of Washington, two sisters Marie McManus of Hollis New Hampshire, and Marjorie Wyatt of Taunton, eleven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was the wife of the late Charles F. Leslie and grandmother of the late Jarrod Drew.
