Mrs. Stella Mae Bell, age 95, died Tuesday, September 13, 2005 in the Yalobusha County Nursing Home. The daughter of the late James Wesley Hayles and Minnie Roper Hayles, Mrs. Bell born in Water Valley and lived here all her life . She worked as a Self-Employed Seamtress and was a member of The First Baptist Church of Water Valley.
Visitation will be Thursday September 15, 2005 at Seven Oaks Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM . The funeral service will be in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks at 3:00 PM with Bro. Ron Provence officiating. Serving as Pallbearers will be: Tony Walls, Chuck Henderson, Josh Smith, Richard Ross, Paul Campbell and Chris Walls. Committal will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley.
Surviving Mrs. Bell are her son - Charles H. King and daughter- Patsy Bell Walls both of Oxford, MS ; sisters, Vivian Dyson of Amory, MS,Dorothy Simpson of Memphis,TN , and Inez Crumby of Tupelo, MS. Five Grandchildren, Chuck Henderson and Tony Walls of Oxford, MS, Karen Smith of St. Peters, MO, Kristy King of St. Louis, MO and Katherine Morris of Walls, MS; Seven grandchildren, Paul Walls, Chris Walls, Matt Smith, Craig Smith, Jason Smith, Chelsea Smith and Blake Henderson.
Preceding her in death were parents, Wesley and Minnie Hayles, Grandson- Zachary Walls, Husbands - Charles Henry King and John Alvin Bell.
