Kathleen M. Brown-Kelly, 85, of Salem, NH, died Wednesday, September 7, 2005 in the Salemhaven Nursing Home in Salem. Mrs. Kelly was born in Boston, MA on June 19, 1920, a daughter of the late Martin and Mary (Scanlon) Regan. She was a resident of Salem for the past seven years, formerly living in Derry, NH, Burlington, MA and Boston. She retired from Varian Vacuum in Lexington, MA. She was a communicant of St. Thomas Aquinas Church in Derry.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara A. Yoho of Atkinson, NH, Kathleen M. Kinsella of New Lenox, IL, Dorothy A. Narcisi of Crete, IL, her adopted son, Paul Roche of Long Beach, CA, seven grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and her cousin, Sr. Vincetta Scanlon of Jersey City, NJ. She was predeceased by her husband Robert R. Kelly in 1998 and her first husband Douglas Brown in 1981.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Friday, September 9th at 10:00am in the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 26 Crystal Ave., Derry. Friends called on Thursday from 5 - 8pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry. The burial was in the VA National Cemetery in Bourne, MA on Friday at 2:45pm.
