Nina Leslie, 51 of Gilmanton, NH died on Monday September 6, 2005 at her home with her family by her side. Born in Swampscott, MA on July 17, 1954 a daughter of Joseph and Tamara (Jewdienco) Rodrick. She had resided in Gilmanton for the past five years, formerly living in Londonderry, NH. She graduated from Swampscott High School and later from Essex Aggie Beauty School in Danvers, MA. She worked as a hairdresser for 32 years, mostly in the Londonderry area, most recently working out of Total Insight in Londonderry. Her spirit and zest for life were contagious. She loved camping, motorcycle rides, auctions, yard sales and just enjoyed being with her family, friends and her dogs. She was a thoughtful and caring person who was always there when needed.
She will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by her devoted daughter, Jennifer Leslie of Gilmanton, her husband Bill T. Leslie of Gilmanton, her parents of Laconia, NH, two step children, Thomas Leslie and Tammy Nickolas both of Lynn, MA, two grandchildren, her brother, Lance Rodrick of Laconia and the many friends and family whose lives she has touched so deeply.
Calling hours were held on Thursday September 8th from 6 - 8pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry. Cremation followed.
