Laconia---Hannah Victoria Cimon, our daughter, sister, granddaughter, aunt, niece and friend is finally at peace. Hannah took her own life in Tampa, FL on February 16, 2017, she was 23 years old.
Hannah was born on January 29, 1994 in Laconia, NH with a smile that lit up the room. She started dancing at a young age and completed 15 years with Frates Dance Studio. Hannah was a 2012 graduate of Laconia High School where she was a popular student and athlete playing lacrosse, field hockey, softball and saxophone in the band. Hannah always made her friends and teammates laugh with her quirky sense of humor.
Hannah loved the warmer climate, sunshine and palm trees. This drew her to Florida, where she attended the University of Tampa, graduating with Honors with a degree in Communications in May of 2016. At a young age, Hannah was a committed employee and a very hard worker. She held various positions at Gunstock Resort, Meadowbrook, Holy Grail of the Lakes, Sawyers Dairy Bar and more.
During college, Hannah had the opportunity to intern at Brock Communications in Tampa. And following her graduation she was employed by The Positive Coaching Alliance. Hannah loved her work and it was more than just a job. She was passionate, committed and dedicated to pushing the organization forward, it was everything to her.
Hannah is survived by her mother, Ellen Cimon, her father and step-mother, Michael Cimon and Pamela Bronson; siblings, Kara Cimon Quinn and husband, Chris, Eric Cimon and wife, Candace, Alex Cimon, Meagan Bronson, and Michael Bronson; maternal grandparents, Maxine and Charles Thibodeau; paternal grandmother, Florence Cimon; nephews, Silas Quinn and Parker Cimon; nieces, Marley Quinn and Clara Cimon. Hannah was never able to fully appreciate the love and compassion that people had for her. She was a beautiful person, inside and out, she touched everyone she met in a positive way. Please use Hannah’s story to hold the ones you love more closely, to check in, to ask for help, and to offer help. We will always love you Hannah.
