MUGFORD, William C. "Buck"- Of Chelsea, February 4th. Devoted husband of the late Phyllis (Gillette). Father of Robert Mugford and his wife Sandra of Scottsdale, AZ and David Mugford and his wife Michelle of Beverly. Brother of Donald Mugford and the late Thomas, John, Ben and Fred. Also survived by many grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
