Adeline Machado, 88, of Raynham, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2016 at Nemasket Healthcare Center after a long illness. She was the widow of Antone Machado. Born in Foxboro, she was a daughter of the late John de Souza Pedro & Victoria (Botelho) Pedro. Adeline lived in Taunton before moving to Raynham. She was employed in the jewelry manufacturing industry for many years; worked at Raytheon Company and in housekeeping at the Paul Dever State School. Adeline enjoyed working in her yard, traveling and more recently, her bus trips to the casinos. Survivors include her daughter, Elaine Lemmo and her husband James of Lakeville; her son, Daniel Machado of Taunton; granddaughter, Kimberly Fiola and her husband Chad of Swansea; and many nieces and nephews. She was also the mother-in-law of the late June (Watts) Machado and sister of the late Anthony Pedro, John James Pedro, Theresa Pedro, Mary Souza, Hilda Olson, Elsie Berwick, Alma Oliveira, Albertina Ornellas, Evangeline Tedesco and Elizabeth Pedro. Her funeral service will be held on Monday, February 6th at 10:00AM in the Silva Funeral Home, 80 Broadway, where visitation will take place prior to the service from 9-10AM.
