
Harold K. Peloquin, age 85, passed away peacefully on Jan. 28, 2017 at home. He was born on April 25, 1931 in Chicopee and has been a life long resident. He was a son of the late Wilfred and Pearl (Mitchell) Peloquin. Harold served in the US Air Force and was a Korean War Veteran. He later worked as a Safelex fork lift operator for Monsanto for over 36 years before he retired in 1990. He was a communicant of the former St George Church. He was a member of Knights of Columbus Council 4055, the VFW Post 625, the Moose Family Center 1849 in Chicopee and he was a 32nd degree member of the Shriners. He leaves his loving wife Adrienne L. (Soucy) Peloquin of Chicopee; his children, Susan Pronovost and her husband Paul of Crestview, FL, Steven Peloquin and his wife Christine of Antigo,WI, David Peloquin and his wife Leisha of Coon Rapids, MN, Daniel Peloquin and his wife Theresa of Easthampton, Mary Snyder and her husband Mark of Burlington, CO, John Peloquin and his wife Suzanne of Shalimar, FL, Christopher Peloquin and his partner Donna Starke of Chicopee and Carol Lavalley and her fiance Frank Scherb of Springfield. He also leaves 1 brother, Wilfred Peloquin and his wife Claire of Chicopee, 3 sisters, Patricia Langelier of Chicopee, Shirley Sterchak of Chicopee and Beverly Natario of FL; 26 grandchildren and 14 beloved great grandchildren. He is predeceased by his brother Raymond Peloquin.
