In loving memory of Charlene Provost
Born Mary MacDonald on March 8, 1940 in Lowell, MA to Charles F. MacDonald and Gertrude Sullivan.
Charlene passed away on December 29, 2016 in Melrose, MA.
Charlene leaves behind her only son, Paul Provost; four siblings, Sandra, Helen, Patricia and Michael; her adopted daughter/ niece, Deborah and husband, Richard Ross and their two daughters, Brittany and Mikaela; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great great-nieces and great great-nephews.
Charlene was predeceased by her father, Charles; mother, Edith; sisters, Theresa, Alice and Edith; brothers, Charles and James and nephew, Richard Thomas.
Charlene was a loving, caring and generous person. She always carried a little gift with her for whoever she happened to be visiting. She would always do something special for loved ones without expecting payment in return.
Charlene was always a fixture at family birthdays and other family celebrations. You could always count on her to have a smile on her face and a bottle of Pepsi in her hand.
Those of us who loved Charlene will never forget her. We will always love her.
Rest in peace, Charlene.
You will be missed.
