John Gagliardi, Jr., a life-long Medford resident, died suddenly, Thursday, at the New England Medical Center, Boston. He was 42.
Born and raised in Medford, John attended local schools and worked with his father in their construction company. A member of a large extended family, John is remembered as a warm and good-hearted person. He was quick to offer assistance to elderly neighbors and was loved by those who knew him.
He was the beloved son of John P. Gagliardi and the late Joan M. (Molinari) Gagliardi. He was the step-son of Brenda (Jakola) Gagliardi. He was a devoted brother to Joan “Babe” Limone, Gennaro “Jake” Gagliardi, Brenda G. Gagliardi, Daniella Gagliardi, all of Medford, James Richardson of Seattle and the late Joseph J. Gagliardi. He was a loving nephew of Dorothy (Molinari) Donehey and dear fiance’ of Kimberly Anderson. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
His Funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Tuesday at 10 AM Followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner Street, Medford, at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 - 9. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
