Wayne E. Faulkner, age 41, of Malden formerly of Medford, passed away August 24th at the Melrose/Wakefield Hospital. Born in Medford he was the son of Adeline M. (Scalfani) and Robert J. Faulkner of Woburn.
Wayne was born and raised in Medford and was a graduate of Medford High Schools Class of 1982. He worked as a laberor in construction for a number of years. He enjoyed being with family and also enjoyed fishing. It has been requested that in lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the charity of your choice.
In addition to his parents, Wayne is survived by his children, Emily and Adam Faulkner both of Malden, his loving companion, Dianne Fitzgerald, of Malden, brothers, Robert S. Faulkner and his wife Lorie of Abington, Kevin J. Faulkner and his wife Beth of Seabrook, NH, and his sister Sharon M. Faulkner of Woburn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
A Funeral service will be conducted in the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, Tuesday at 11 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Woodbrook Cemetery, Woburn.
