Framingham - Angel Fortes of New Bedford, died Tuesday, August 23, 2005 at Metro West Hospital in Framingham. She is survived by her daughter, Lijah Fortes, her brothers and sisters : Michael Boucher, Patrick Boucher, Lonnie Boucher, George Boucher, Figi Fortes, Larry Morris, Billy Morris, Larry Guillmette, Eric Guillmete, Kimberly Archer, Sonia Barnes and her paternal grandmother Priscilla Ingram. She also leaves behind her Special Friend Jason Ferreira, Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, Aunts and Uncles.
Ms. Fortes was born in New Bedford and lived in this area most of her life. She was the daughter of Diana Pereira of New Bedford and the late William Fortes. She worked as a roofer in the construction industry.
Visiting Hours will be Sunday, August 28, 2005 from 5 - 8 P.M. at the Perry Funeral Home, 111 Dartmouth St. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend. Funeral Services will take place at the funeral home at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, August 29, 2005. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery.
