HITCHCOCK, Bruce R., age 52, of Reading, August 22,2005. Beloved husband of E. Francesca Auciello. Devoted father of Nicole Sammartino of Sandwich, MA., Danielle Rose Hitchcock and Benjamin Maxwell Hitchcock, both of Reading. Loving son of Eben Hiscock and Lillian (Levy) Hiscock of Burlington, MA. Dear brother of James scott Hiscock and his wife April of Rockport. Cherished uncle of Julia Mooradian of Bolton, MA.
Bruce grew up in Burlington, MA, graduated from MIT in 1974 and more recently completed his Masters of Education from Jones International University. He was an avid reader and educator. He was much admired for his broad knowledge on many subjects including computers, politics, math and music. He was involved in his children’s interest and lives. He was a devoted, loving and understanding husband and father and will be dearly missed and always remembered.
Family and friends are kindly invited to attend visiting hours on Thursday from 5-8pm in the Joseph Doherty-Barile Family Funeral Home 11 Linden St. READING. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 7:45pm.
