Augusta, GA – Entered into rest January 3, 2017, Mrs. Maxine Marie (Ray) Cox, 87, wife of the late SSG Allen Cox (USA Ret).
Mrs. Cox was a native of Hot Springs, AR but lived in the Augusta area for many years. She retired from Gracewood State School and Hospital after more than 20 years of service.
Family members include sons: David A. Cox (Melody) and Glenn E. Cox (Lisa); daughter: Linda M. Cox; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be Thursday, January 5, 2017, 2:00 P.M. at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
