Ethel C. Morse (Graham) , age 99 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, December 27, 2016. Ethel was born in Dorchester on October 24, 1917. She graduated from Dorchester High School in 1935, and often visited relatives in Sharon and it was on these trips that she met her future husband, Robert G. Morse, Jr. to whom she was married for 68 years until his death in 2008.
She was the devoted mother of Nancy Welch and her husband Edward, Susan Little and Richard Morse all of Sharon. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Carrie Morse, Jennifer Leavitt, Jonathan Welch, Catherine Ruvich, Patricia Watters , Martha Silke. She was also survived by eleven great grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Harold and Helen Graham. She was the sister of the late Robert Graham.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, December 31, 2016 at the First Congregational Church of Sharon, 29 North Main Street, Sharon, MA followed by a graveside service at Rock Ridge Cemetery and a luncheon immediately thereafter at the First Congregational Church.
