Obituary: Frappier
Edgar J. Frappier 82 of 1371 Mendon Rd. Woonsocket died Friday at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket. He was the husband of Muriel (Mailloux) Frappier. Mr Frappier was born in Woonsocket a son of the late John N. and Alice (Racine) Frappier. He worked in sales for the former JB Farnum Co. He was employed in the accounting department for Royal Arcanum for ten years and Union St. Jean Baptiste for forty years retiring in 1988. He was a former Assistant Scout Master for the Boy Scouts Troupe 4 at St. Ann’s Church.
Besides his wife he is survived by a brother Lionel J. Frappier of Slatersville and several nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Edmond Frappier, George Frappier, Rose Moriseau, and Louisa Pelland.
His funeral will be held Tuesday at 9:00 from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 in St. Joseph Church Mendon Rd. Woonsocket. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Joseph Church in his memory would be appreciated.
