Obituary

Margaret M. (Hamilton) Hoellrich, age 94, passed away peacefully on Friday Dec. 16th at SalemHaven Rehabilitation Center in Salem, N.H.

Born Feb. 14, 1922 she was the daughter of Martin and Margaret Hamilton and the sister of the late Martin Hamilton.


A lifelong resident of Lawrence she graduated from Lawrence High School and was a member of St. Patrick Parish and The Ladies Sodality. Peggy enjoyed a good game of 45's with family and friends and in her younger days she was an avid candlepin bowler.

She was the wife of the late Robert Hoellrich and is survived by her 3 children. Roberta Bassett of Lawrence, John Hoellrich and his wife Vivian of Salem and Jane Frechette of Methuen.

She also leaves 7 grandchildren. Jennifer (Ouellette) Coppolino, Michael Ouellette, Jonathan, Jeffrey and Justin Hoellrich and Jacob and Joshua Frechette.

Peggy was also the proud great-grandmother of Jack and Charlotte Coppolino, Isaac and Sydney Ouellette and Juliana Hoellrich.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass on Tuesday, December 20, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. in St. Patrick's Church, 118 South Broadway, Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, also in Lawrence, MA. at the request of the family, there will be no calling hours, Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of ones choice. Margaret's family would like to give their sincere thanks to the staff of SalemHaven for all their wonderful care and support.
