Princeton—Dorothy Forant, 83, of Redemption Rock Trail Road, died August 15, 2005, at home. She was born in Providence, RI, and has resided in Princeton since 2002 in a lovely home run by Seven Hills Foundation where she was surrounded by caring/loving staff and housemates who shared her love of music and appreciated her sense of humor. Despite her age, she was very spunky and always full of energy. Dottie attended the Southern Worcester County Day Program in Fitchburg until she was able to retire in 2002. She spent her retirement going places that she enjoyed, i.e. movies and people watching and going out to eat. She also enjoyed flowers and listening to country music. Some of Dottie’s characteristics included her amazing blue eyes, her boundless energy despite her age and small stature, and her charisma.
A memorial service will be held Friday, August 19, at 1:00 p.m. at Nordgren Memorial Chapel, 300 Lincoln St., Worcester.
