Beloved father of Pamela I. and her husband Dr. William Helfrich of N. Weymouth, and William Contino and his wife Diane of Stoneham. Dear sister of Rosaria Turell of Quincy. Cherished grandfather of Kristen Curran, Dayna Falla, Nicole Sullivan, Brett Curran, Renee Contino, and Daria Contino. Also survived by 3 great grandchildren.

Funeral Mass in Saint Mary's Church, Quincy at 10:00 AM.

Louie was a member of the Moose Club, The Orioles, and the VFW. He was an avid Red Sox and Patriots fan. Louie was a very independent man who enjoyed people, and was very loyal to his family and friends. He also enjoyed bowling and playing cards. He was a veteran of the US Army.
