Edwin G. Reid, of East Walpole formerly of Norwood, died Fri Aug 12, 2005 at Emerald Court in Norwood. He was 73.
Born in Boston, he had worked as a custodian at the Westwood High School for several years.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years Phyllis J. (Dewis) Reid, his sons and daughters, Gerald S. Reid of Walpole, Lynn A. Thomas of Attleboro, Jean E. Kugel of Pawtucket, RI, and Edward J. Reid of Walpole, his brothers Roland Reid of ME, John Reid of NH, and Joseph Reid of ME, 5 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He was the brother of the late Marion F. Reid.
A memorial service will be held on Tues Aug 16 at 11 AM in the Eaton Funeral Home 1351 Highland Ave (Exit 19B off Rte 128) Needham. Relatives and friends are kindly invited. A visiting hour will be held prior to the service from 10 - 11 AM.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
