Richard Edward Hartlage, Sr., 58, of Louisville passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 at VA Hospital.
Richard was a U. S. Army veteran and warehouse manager for Construction Machinery Corp.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Leo &Virginia Mae Hartlage; a granddaughter, Lily.
Survivors include his former wife of 24 years, Teri Hartlage; four children, Richard Edward Hartlage Jr. (Amy Elzy), Jason Alan Hartlage, Kristen Nicole Hartlage & Ryan Allen Whitehead (Samantha); a sister Donna Marie Knapp (Kevin); and grandchildren, Sarah, Ethan, Blake, Makayla and Max and many nephews and a niece.
Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home 5317 Dixie Hwy with burial in St Andrews Cemetery.
Visitation will be 2 – 8 p.m. Thursday.
