Nicolo Magno of Medford died on Wednesday, October 26, at Life Care Center Of Stoneham. Born and raised in Orsogna, Italy, he was the son of the late Antonio and Lucia (Scenna) Magno. Nicolo came to The U.S. in 1954 and settled first in Boston's North End before moving to Medford in 1966. He is a late member of Orsogna Plaza of Everett.
Nicolo was the beloved husband of 63 years to Iolanda (Marcello) Magno, and the devoted father of Anthony Magno and his wife Darlene of Stoneham. He was the loving grandfather of Toni Nicole Magno of Stoneham, brother of Filomena Tenaglia of Medford, and the late Angelina, Carmela, Filippo, Victorio and Serafina. Nicolo is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford on Wednesday, November 2 at 9AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Clement Church, 71 Warner St., Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Visiting hours Tuesday, November 1, from 4 through 8PM.
