Blanche M. Longpre, 84, of Allenstown, died August 10, 2005, at Catholic Medical Center after a brief illness.
She was born in Montreal, Quebec, August 4, 1921, and was the daughter of Andrew and Arilda ( Carbonneau) Cassidy. She had been a resident of Allenstown most of her life.
She and her husband owned and operated Onil’s Restaurant on Main St. in Allenstown for many years.
She was married to Onil Longpre who died in 1986.
Family members include three sisters, Stella Couture, Rita Cassidy, and Lise Cassidy, all of Montreal, Quebec; nieces and nephews.
After cremation, urn burial was in Le Repos St. Francois D’Assise Cemetery in Montreal, Quebec, at the convenience of the family.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, was in charge of arrangements.
