ROBERT WILLIAM CURLEY, SR., age 77, of Okeechobee, Florida, formerly of Hingham, died on Wednesday, Aug. 3rd at Raulerson Hospital in Okeechobee. Born on August 15th, 1927 in Boston, MA, Mr. Curley had been a resident of Okeechobee since 1975. He served in the U.S. Navy and was the former owner/operator of Mlurphy White Dairy. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club.
He is survived by his loving partner, Karen Kennedy; his children, Robert "Bill" William Curley, Jr., Major John Foster Curley and his wife Cheryl, Britton Harris and his wife Diane, Phillip Brown, Ellen Curley, Sharon Robyn, Beth Alonso, Kimberly Schwegel and her husband Harry, Julie Dansevick and her husband Chuck, Shannon Castle and Michelle Cano and her husband Chris. Brother of Donald Curley and his wife Jane, Virginia Ketchum, Judy Colbath and her husband Walter, the late Watson Curley, Jr., the late James Curley, the late Eleanor Finn, the late Marie Magner and the late Patricia McKenzie. Also survived by 21 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A graveside service will be conducted on Monday, Aug. 15th at 1 PM at St. Paul's Cemetery, Hersey St., Hingham.
