Peter J. McPhee age 79 of Lawrence, MA, died Thursday at Cedar View Rehab, Methuen, MA.
Peter was born in Lawrence, MA, where he grew up and was a lifelong resident.
Peter was a retired truck driver, working for various companies like Haffner’s and Prince Spaghetti. Peter played guitar in a band. He enjoyed bingo, and was an avid sports fan, especially wrestling, He also loved going to the many birthday parties his family had. Peter was fun loving and happy go lucky. He was selfless loving father, brother, uncle, grandfather and friend to all who knew him.
Peter is survived by his children: Kim McPhee of Lawrence, Diane McPhee of Haverhill, MA, Stephen McPhee of North Carolina, Lynn Usselman of Pennsylvania, and Nancy Dowling of Londonderry, NH, Siblings: Barbara A. Pappalardo of Windham, NH, Gloria Lefebvre of Methuen, Mary Lavertue of Lawrence, and Linda McPhee of Lawrence.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, Oct. 13th at 11 AM at St. Patrick’s Church, Lawrence, MA. Burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Lawrence.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12th from 4-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence, St. Methuen, MA.
