93 of Louisville, passed away on Sunday October 2, 2016. She retired from St. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Carl Frick, her siblings; Melchior, Agnes, and Bernard. She is survived by her daughters; Karen Bradley (Bill), Pamela Herbert, Debbie Sample (Ken), Bambi Ray (Mike), her sister Martha Lampman, 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren. Visitation will be Wednesday October 5th from 1p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Owen Funeral Home-Jeffersontown 9318 Taylorsville Rd. Her Funeral Mass will be 11 a.m Thursday at St. Athanasius Catholic Church 5915 Outer Loop, Louisville, KY 40219, with burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery.
