WORCESTER-Jacqueline “Jackie” G. (Thompson) Fleming, 49, of 116 Wildwood Avenue, died Wednesday, August 3rd in Buffumville. She leaves a son, Paul R. Fleming, Jr. of Southbridge, 2 daughters, Simone R. Fleming and Jessica F. LaRoche both of Sturbridge, 4 brothers, Emile of Worcester, James of Spencer, Gordon of Charlton and Donald of Thompson, CT, a sister, Virginia of Worcester, 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Kylie and Isaac, her former husband, Paul R. Fleming, Sr., several nephews, nieces, and many friends who loved her dearly. 2 brothers, Roy and John predeceased her.
She was born in Worcester the daughter of Roy R. and Virginia A. (Neville) Thompson and attended South High School. Ms. Fleming had been a self employed cook and a caterer and local businesses, including Clark University for 5 years. She enjoyed the outdoors, camping, and cooking. She loved her family and friends with an open heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand.
The funeral is Monday, August 8th at 10:00 AM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Calling hours are Sunday, August 7th from 5:00 until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
