LACONIA - Jacqueline Lord Murray, 80, of 1193 Old North Main Street, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 11, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family.
She was born on February 18, 1936 in Wolfeboro, the daughter of the late Charles and Jeanie (Bain) Lord. Jacqueline worked for many years as a nurse, most recently for the Tilton School. She enjoyed watching QVC and was an avid fan of the TV show The Walking Dead. She loved her family and especially hugs from her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Malcolm Murray of Laconia, two sons; William Murray and his wife Diane of Colesville, NY and James Murray and his wife Nicole of Laconia, one brother, Myron Lord of Bow, one sister, Katherine Witham of Alton, two grandchildren; Lora Deducca of Atlanta, GA and Nicolas Murray of Laconia and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her three brothers; Charles Lord, John Lord and William Lord and one sister, Jean.
Calling hours will be held from 4PM to 7PM on Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia, using the Carriage House entrance.
Funeral services will be private.
