Tewksbury-----Katherine Anne Millos (Kay) 84, of Archstone Avenue, formerly of Norwood, MA passed away unexpectedly Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Lakes Region General Hospital.
Katherine was born January 22, 1932 in Medford, MA, daughter to the late John and Catherine Ann (Simpson) MacDonald. She volunteered at Norwood Hospital for over 40 years.
More than anything, Kay enjoyed spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and many friends.
Kay is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Arthur C. Millos of Tewksbury, a son, Kenneth A. Millos and his wife, Leslie of New Boston, NH; two daughters, Kimberly A. Hughes and her husband, David of Laconia, NH and Lesley A. Cappuccio and her husband, Michael of Saugus, MA; nine grandchildren, Ronald Jr., Corey and Andrew Millos, Alex and Matthew Millos, Kristen and Gregory Hughes and Nicole and Lauryn Cappuccio; one brother, Malcolm MacDonald of Naples FL; a daughter-in-law, Patricia Millos of Auburn, MA, a sister-in-law, Virginia Horgan, her husband Robert, and a brother-in-law, Thomas Millos, his wife, Gitta, and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents she is predeceased by her son, Ronald A. Millos and a sister-in-law, Janice MacDonald.
There will be no calling hours or funeral per Kay's wishes, however, there will be a graveside service and all are welcome to attend.
Burial will be held Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 11am in the family plot at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, 185 Lake Street, Peabody, MA 01960.
