Josephine McNamara, of Danbury CT, died peacefully August 24, 2016 at Milton hospital after a brief illness. She was 77 years old. Josephine was the devoted wife of the late Richard W. McNamara. Loving mother of Steven McNamara and his wife Susanne of Clermont FL, and Christine Trendell and her husband Benjamin of Canton. Sister of the late Ann Bernard and Alteo Benvenuti. Sister in law of Mary E McNamara of Glendale, NY. Proud grandmother of Emily and Peter McNamara and Jack, Stephanie, and Fiona Trendell. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours in the Pushard Family Funeral Home, 210 Sherman St., Canton, Thursday September 1, 2016 from 3-7 PM. Interment will be private.
