Obituary

Antony J. “Tony” Pino, 84 of Medford died Monday after a long illness in the Massachusetts General Hospital Boston, MA.

Born in Italy, he lived in Medford for the past 52 years and was the son of the late Dominica (Ordilli) and John Pino. Tony was the Proprietor of Tony´s Foodland in Somerville for 52 years and retired in 2000. Anthony served in the U.S. Marine Corp from 1942 to 1946 as a Master Sergeant. Mr. Pino was a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company.

Beloved husband of the late Ursula M. (Ruocco) Pino. Devoted father of Donna Deranian of Belmont, Angela Donahue of Medford, Ursula Gates of West Lebanon, NH, Ann Marie Pino of Stratham, NH. Also survived by 8 loving grandchildren. Brother of Susan Carlton, Frank, Salvatore, John, and Arthur Pino, the late Sadie Delisio, Mary Ferrara, Josephine Maisano, Joseph, Samuel and Rudolph Pino.
Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Thursday at 9 AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Francis of Assisi Church, Fellsway West, Medford, at 10 AM.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Visiting hours Wednesday 4-8.

Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
