Obituary

SALEM- Josephine M. Froncki, 77, of Salem, wife of the late Stanley J. Froncki, died Tuesday evening, July 19, 2005 at the Grosvenor Park Nursing Home, Salem, following a short illness.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Leokadia (Bodzak) Czarnecki.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed for 18 years at Parker Bros. in Salem.

Mrs. Froncki was a lifelong resident of Salem and a parishioner of St. James Church.

She is survived by two sons and a daughter-in-law, Edward J. Froncki, Stanley S. and his wife Jane Froncki, all of Salem, one daughter and son-in-law, Mary Ellen and Michael Durgin of Nottingham, NH, six grandchildren, Stanley and Brian Froncki, Joshua Durgin, Michael, Jennifer and Margaret Labonte, and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late John E. Froncki and Ann Labonte and sister of the late Francis S. Czarnecki, Edward J. Czarnecki, Sr., Stephen J. Czarnecki and Wanda M. Munroe.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 22, 2005, at 10:30 am at the St. James Church, Salem, with a visitation to be held prior to the Mass from 9 to 10 am, at the Full-Spychalski Funeral Home, 84 Washington Square East, by Salem Common, Salem. Relatives and friends respectfully invited. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Hospice of The North Shore, 10 Elm St., Danvers, MA 01923.
