Thomas D. McCue of Woburn passed away sudden and unexpected from natural causes on Wednesday, July 6, 2016. He was 46 years of age. Born in Littleton, NH he was the beloved son of the late Donald T. and Beverly A. (Pento) McCue.
Tom was raised and educated in Melrose and also lived for a period of time with his family in Alfred, Maine. He moved to Woburn 26 years ago and has been a resident ever since. He worked in the Restaurant Industry for many years. He worked as a waiter, bartender and manger at various restaurants in and around Boston. Most recently he worked for the past three years as a manager at Felicia's Restaurant in Stoneham. Tom loved people and being social with his many customers and dear friends. In his leisure time he enjoyed trips to the casino and taking long rides on his scooter. Tom also loved animals and caring for his pet cat and dog. Tom will fondly be remembered for his kindness, generosity and caring personality. He will be greatly missed.
Tom is survived by his cherished siblings, Annmarie Caldwell and her husband Andy of Woburn, Joanne Ferraris and her husband Gary of Maine, Joseph MacMaster and Daniel MacMaster, both of New York City. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend visiting hours at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St. Woburn, Sunday, July 10th, from 2 thru 4 p.m. followed by a memorial service starting at 4 p.m.
