ANDERSON--Mayola M. (Idlewine) Perdiew, 87, of Anderson, died June 27, 2016, from complications following open heart surgery.
She was born in Batesville, IN on Nov. 22, 1928, to Lenord and Marie (Kohrman) Idlewine.
She was a graduate of Howe High School, Indianapolis.
She was a committed wife to her loving husband, a homemaker and enjoyed reading, crocheting and puzzles.
In 1949, she married Lee F. Perdiew and he preceded her in death on Feb. 28, 2005.
Survivors include three daughters, Janis M. Bowling, Rhonda L. Marks, both of Anderson and Kimberly (husband, Ron) Williams of Lacrosse, WI; her brother, Lenord (wife, Arlene) Idlewine of New Palestine; three grandchildren, Matthew T. Bowling and fiancée, Rachel McMullen of Atlanta, GA, Jason T. (wife, Brianna) Williams of Cary, NC, and Morgan T. Bowling (Jordan Montague) of Anderson; sisters-in-law, Anita Perdiew and Betty Menear, both of Salem; several nieces and nephews; best friend, Sally Catt of Anderson and her beloved dog, Mollie.
Services will be 1 p.m., Friday at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service with Bob Bell officiating. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Anderson Memorial Park Cemetery.
The family would like to thank her neighbors, Patty and Larry Riggs, Charles and Carol Carlson and Len and Ragena Cook for all of their help over the years.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the American Heart Association or the Madison County Humane Society. I know everyone thinks they had the BEST Mother...But we truly did!
