69, of Louisville, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016.
He is survived by his wife, Jennifer; his children: Erin, Heather Bolin (Josh), Jarad, and Chandler; step-daughter, Amanda Cottrell (Charles); 4 grandchildren; and Joshua Epperson.
Gary was a Veteran of the United States Army.
Visitation will be Monday 6-8 p.m. at Owen Funeral Home – Jeffersontown, 9318 Taylorsville Road.
