LACONIA - Allen R. Peters, 65, died Saturday, June 4, 2016 at Lakes Region General Hospital.
He was born on February 2, 1951 in Laconia, the son of Edward and Theresa (Huard) Peters. Allen worked as a commercial truck driver, driving for Ken Randlett Excavating, Bishop Trucking, RM Daigle Construction and the Town of Gilford.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ellen (Bryant) Peters of Laconia, his mother, Theresa Peters of Laconia, cousins, nieces, and nephews. He was predeceased by his father in 1996 and his brother, James Peters in 2015.
There will be no calling hours.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
