Mrs. Katherine (Travers) Couture, 89, of Lawrence died June 3rd, 2016 at the Wingate Nursing Home in Haverhill. The daughter of Michael and Mary (LaCourse) Travers she was born in North Andover. The widow of Leo F. Couture she lived in the area all her life. Mrs. Couture loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by two daughters; Bernadette Remillard of Lawrence, and Deborah Couture of Lawrence, one son; Leo J. And his wife Nancy Couture of North Andover, one sister Lucille Frazier, seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are invite to call on Friday June 10th, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at Edgar J. Racicot Inc. Funeral Home, 1400 Broadway Rd, Dracut, MA 01826. A funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at the funeral home at 10:30 am, burial will follow in Immaculate Conception Cemetery.
