Andrew P. Monette age 94 of Canton passed away June 2nd at the Ellis Nursing Home in Norwood. Born and raised in Boston, he attended Boston Schools, and previously lived in Jamaica Plain before moving to Canton in 1955. He worked as a Jeweler and Watch Repairer for many years at A. Stowells and Shawmut Jewelry in Boston. He enjoyed spending weekends in Dennisport and was a former member of the Canton Town Club where he enjoyed bowling in the Monday Night Bowling League. Beloved husband of the late Gertrude L. (Cash). Father of Michelle Cohen and her husband Robert and LaReine Olsen and her husband Richard all of Canton. Brother of the late John Monette and Ann Allicon. Also survived by 1 grandson and 2 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends invited to attend a funeral service at the Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home 455 Washington St. Canton Saturday morning at 11 am. Visiting hours prior to the service from 9 to 11 am. Burial Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
